Please note the following:

• We are surrounded by neighbors, please be respectful.

• Music must not be played at an excessively loud level.

• No smoking is allowed on the premises.

• You are free to move furniture around or bring your own furniture. However, all furniture must be placed back in the original positions at the end of your event.

• For all events a non-refundable fee of $200 must be paid to secure your date.

• A $200 refundable security/damage deposit is required along with a mandatory $100 cleaning fee.​

The $200 Security/Damage Deposit is refunded 48 hours after the event provided that:

• Your event is finished at the agreed time and the number of people attending is not over the agreed.

• No confetti/glitter.

• No glass by or in the pool. All glass bottles should be kept inside and served in plastic cups.

• Ensure all facilities (pool area, parking lot, BBQ grill, kitchen appliances) are cleaned.

• No Damage is caused on property.

• In the event damages exceed $100, client will be required to pay the additional cost.

Events

• ALL events must end by 10 pm.

• Parking for up to 6 cars on property.

•  Please ensure your guests do not block neighbors' driveways at any point during your event.

• Please ensure your guests leave the neighborhood quietly without trespassing on neighbors' property.

• We are unable to accommodate DJs and loud sound systems out of respect for neighbors and other guests.

• There is no lifeguard on duty, you are welcome to bring your own lifeguard or we can provide one at an additional cost.

• Parents MUST supervise their kids whilst they are on the property.

•  Event decorating and catering can be provided at an additional cost.
