Please review our reservation policy before completing booking. Once you have booked, a 50% fee must be paid to secure your requested dates. Any bookings which are done and the 50% fee is not paid within 48 hours of booking, those dates will be reopened.

We are surrounded by neighbors, please be respectful.

Music must not be played at an excessively loud level.

No smoking is allowed on the premises.

You are free to move furniture around or bring your own furniture. However, all furniture must be placed back in the original positions at the end of your event.

A $200 refundable security/damage deposit is required.

An $100 cleaning fee is added to the total once you have confirmed booking.
The $200 Security/Damage Deposit is refunded 48 hours after the event provided that:

Your event is finished at the agreed time and the number of people attending is not over the agreed.

No confetti/glitter.

No glass by or in the pool. All glass bottles should be kept inside and served in plastic cups.

Ensure all facilities (pool area, parking lot, BBQ grill, kitchen appliances) are cleaned.

No Damage is caused on property.
In the event damages exceed $200, client will be required to pay the additional cost.

ALL events must end by 10 pm.

Parking for up to 6 cars on property.

Please ensure your guests do not block neighbors' driveways at any point during your event.

Please ensure your guests leave the neighborhood quietly without trespassing on neighbors' property.

We are unable to accommodate DJs and loud sound systems out of respect for neighbors and other guests.

There is no lifeguard on duty, you are welcome to bring your own lifeguard or we can provide one at an additional cost.

Parents MUST supervise their kids whilst they are on the property.

Event decorating and catering can be provided at an additional cost.
The cancellation policy allows you to cancel the booking up to 7 days prior to arrival and you will receive a partial refund of your booking.
After the deadline, late cancellation fee will be charged and no refunds will be given.

Use of Pool
Please note the Pool is a 5ft deep plunge pool.
By confirming this booking,
I understand that during my stay, that there is no lifeguard on duty, I shall be responsible for my guests and relatives using the pool;
I understand that there are risks involved in the use of the pool facilities such as injury or death.
I acknowledge that I am aware of, appreciate the character of, and voluntarily assume the risks involved in participating in all activities associated with swimming in our pool. By confirming this booking, on behalf of myself, my heirs, next of kin, successors in interest, assigns, personal representatives, and agents, I hereby:

Waive any claim or cause of action against and release from liability The Backyard, its officers, employees, and agents for any liability for injuries to my person or property resulting from my use of the facility or participation in the activity listed above.

Agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Backyard, its officers, employees, and agents for any claims, causes of action, or liability to any other person arising from my use of the facility or participation in the activity listed above.

Consent to receive any medical treatment deemed advisable in the event of injury, accident or illness during these activities.

Acknowledge that by confirming this booking, a participant under 18 years of age, has been granted by the parent or legal guardian of the minor child to participate.
I HAVE READ THIS ASSUMPTION OF RISK, WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND RELEASE AGREEMENT. I CONSENT TO MEDICAL TREATMENT, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY SUBMITTING THIS BOOKING, AND HAVE SIGNED IT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT, ASSURANCE, OR GUARANTEE BEING MADE TO ME AND INTEND THIS BOOKING TO BE USED AS MY SIGNATURE TO BE A COMPLETE AND UNCONDITIONAL RELEASE OF ALL LIABILITY TO THE GREATEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW.
